Become a top tier Integration Partner
If you complete the Trusted Integration Program application and meet all of the integration requirements, you’ll likely become an entry level Partner. Entry level Partners have their integrations listed on the Integration directory and receive some technical support. For further information, refer to Become an Integration Partner.
To become a top tier Partner, your integration needs to show high rates of adoption and continued active users. In this case, you become eligible for further co-marketing, go-to-marketing, enablement, and commercial support.
Use the following information to help increase adoption.
Set up account mapping
Account mapping is a process of identifying existing Trustpilot customers. To set up account mapping, provide your Partner Manager with an updating list of your customers. It is best practice to begin mapping accounts during early release so that joint customers who already have access to the integration can be identified. It is recommended to use Crossbeam or Reveal to enable secure account mapping. However, you and your Partner Manager can do a manual account mapping exercise.
Implement targeted communication
If you’ve completed account mapping, you’ll have a list of customers who access your integration. You should use this list to communicate directly with your customers to encourage further adoption. If you’re not sure where to start with targeted communication, use the following steps:
- Train your customer-facing representatives on your new integration so that they can recommend it to customers when relevant.
- Announce the integration to current joint customers across channels. It is recommended to try email, in-app messaging, and CSM outreach.
- Add your integration to your user journey so future customers can find it. It is recommended to include it in CSM onboarding calls, in automated onboarding emails, and in your user dashboard.
Social media posts, newsletters, and press releases often drive awareness but targeted communication has the biggest impact on adoption.
