Become an Integration Partner

Integration Partners build publicly available integrations that you can find in the Integration directory. If you’re already an Integration Partner and you’d like to create a publicly available integration, refer to Build a partner integration.

If you have feedback or concerns, reach out to your Partner Manager or contact tech_partnerships@trustpilot.com.

If you want to become an Integration Partner, you need to apply for the Trusted Integration Program and meet the Integration requirements.

The Trusted Integrations Program enables Integration Partners to create integrations available on the Integrations Directory and unlock higher tiers of support. If your application is successful, you’ll become an entry-level Technology Partner. If you want to become a top-tier integration partner, your integration needs to have a high rate of adoption. For more information, refer to Become a top tier Integration Partner.

Tips for a successful application

If you want to apply for the Trusted Integration Program but you’re not sure where to start, complete the following steps:

  1. Provide a well defined and complementary use case. Describe your integration in detail and outline a clear value proposition. Make sure that your integration complements Trustpilot’s services. Integrations that compete with Trustpilot are likely to be rejected.
  2. Operate in the same region. Trustpilot looks for partners who operate in the same regions, such as; North America, EMEA and APAC. This is to ensure that mutual customers are supported.
  3. Allow for account mapping. Trustpilot prioritises integrations that have a positive impact on existing customers. Account mapping allows for easier adoption tracking and helps to identify mutual users. Higher rates of adoption improve your likelihood of becoming a top tier Partner. For further information, refer to Set up account mapping.
  4. Present as an established business. Make sure that your application has an associated listed website that is already launched, complete with contact information and available support.
  5. Share Trustpilots values. Trust, transparency, and platform integrity are at the core of Trustpilot’s business model. Integrations that help businesses choose their reviews, display misleading review information, or incentivize reviews will be rejected. For further information, refer to How reviews work.
